RRP Assessments

RRP (Renovation/Repair/Painting) Assessments are limited inspections that are performed when renovation work is being done on a house built prior to 1978. It is limited to the area being renovated and is used by the RRP certified contractor in order for them to take the proper precautions. No Letters of Compliance can be issued as these inspections are meant strictly for renovation work and not for homeowners looking for Lead Compliance.
